The Bible

We believe that the Bible is God’s revelation of Himself to mankind; that the Old and New Testaments are verbally and plenary inspired; and that the Bible is the only infallible and supreme authority for all matters of faith and practice.

The Person of God

We believe that God is supreme in His Person; that He is eternal in His Being, absolute in His attributes, glorious in His perfection, and sovereign over all things.

The Person and Work of Jesus Christ

We believe in the complete deity and complete humanity of Jesus Christ. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, vicarious death, bodily resurrection and ascension, and His personal return.

The Person of the Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is Deity and that He is the third Person of the Godhead. We believe that the Holy Spirit executes the plan of God for man’s conviction and salvation, and that He executes the process of Sanctification in the life of believers.

The Person and Fall of Man

We believe that man was created in the image of God and for His own glory.  We believe that man fell into sin by his own choice and thus brought upon all men physical and spiritual death.

The Work of Jesus Christ and the Salvation of Man

We believe in the vicarious death of the Lord Jesus Christ and the atoning work of His shed blood at Calvary. We believe that the salvation of sinners is wholly by grace through repentance and faith, and that the believer remains eternally saved.

The Church

We believe that the Church was established by Jesus Christ, and that the visible Church is comprised of local congregations of baptized believers. We believe that the Church is distinctly different from OT Israel and is autonomous in nature with Christ as its Head.  We believe that the Church recognizes two offices (pastor and deacon), practices two ordinances (Baptism and the Lord’s Supper), and is to be united for the purposes of common edification and the world-wide propagation of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Second Coming of Christ

We believe in the present Church Age, a pre-tribulation/pre-millennial Rapture of His saints, a seven year Tribulation, the Judgment Seat of Christ, Christ’s Second coming upon the earth, a literal Millennial kingdom upon the earth, the Great White Throne judgment, Eternal punishment in the Lake of Fire for all who are not of God and Eternal blessedness in Heaven for all who are of God.
